R Gabriel Leal, CSP, has extensive experience in health, safety, quality, and environmental management across various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and military service. Currently serving as Senior QHSE Manager for Nabors Industries since October 2017, R Gabriel Leal is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety programs and fostering a proactive safety culture. Previous roles include QHSE Field Coordinator at Keane Group, Safety and Field Superintendent at Quality Ready Mix, and HSEQ Manager at Pason, among others. R Gabriel Leal holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Training and Development from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and is pursuing a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Calgary.
