Scott Boone

Scott Boone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering and technology within the drilling industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Rig Automation and Downhole Tools at Nabors Industries since May 2015, Scott has also held prominent roles, including Vice President of Drilling Automation at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. from 2003 to 2015 and Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Datawise Solutions, Inc. from 1999 to 2003. Earlier in his career, Scott was the President of IDL Inc. from 1983 to 1998. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Trinity University between 1979 and 1983.
