Dionna McPhatter has a long and varied work experience. Dionna began their career in 2004 as a Consumer Market Knowledge Manager for Procter & Gamble. In 2007, they took on the role of Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Presbyterian College. In 2008, they moved to RB as the Director/VP of Consumer & Market Insights. In 2014, McPhatter became Co-Founder & Managing Partner of BLK BOX formerly known as The Strategy Collective. In the same year, they also joined Cannonball Projects, Inc. as an Advisory Board Member and Chief Insights Officer. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Data & Analytics at Government Content. In 2018, they founded and became CEO of Nacci. In 2022, they became Partner at Made Collective. Most recently, in 2021, McPhatter became Co-Founder of Supafanatix.

Dionna McPhatter attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management.
