Elizabeth Diley serves as the Campus Talent Acquisition & Talent Brand Leader at General Mills, overseeing the North America campus recruiting team and managing relationships with over 30 colleges and universities to fulfill early career hiring needs across multiple functions. With extensive experience in various recruiting roles within General Mills, including Talent Acquisition Manager for the Innovation, Technology & Quality segment and Human Resources Manager for Internal Mobility, Elizabeth specializes in strategic planning for campus recruiting initiatives, including internships and full-time positions. Additionally, Elizabeth participates in the National Association of Colleges and Employers as a member of the Sourcing and Nomination Committee, contributing to the identification of future leaders for the organization. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University and has completed a study abroad program in International Business at The University of Notre Dame Australia.
