Fred Follings has over 18 years of experience as a Parts Warehouse Manager at Nachurs Alpine Solutions and has been self-employed since January 2010, providing fastpitch pitching instruction for boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Fred holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lambton College, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
