Kim Broome

Kim Broome has extensive work experience in event operations and management. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Training Coordinator at the National Council for Adoption. From 2004 to 2009, they held various roles at the Council of Independent Colleges, including Marketing and Membership Manager and Conference Coordinator. Kim then served as the Senior Manager of Meetings and Member Services at the USA Rice Federation from 2009 to 2015. In 2016, they became the Director of Events at the Online Lenders Alliance, and in 2017, they joined the National Association of Broadcasters as the Senior Director of Event Operations and Community Experience. Currently, Kim is the Director of Convention Operations at NACS, a position they have held since 2022.

Kim Broome's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas, which was obtained between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, Kim is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
