Ryan Weller

Ryan Weller has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Ryan is currently working at Nadel Architects as the Principal and Studio Director - Retail Brand Experience. In this role, they lead efforts for expanding social engagement and experiential components of retail development. Ryan also directs the assembly of brand-specific prototypes and design directives.

Prior to their current position, Ryan worked at Menemsha Solutions as the Director of Retail and Senior Project Manager. Ryan led a team in managing multiple high-end retail and commercial projects throughout North America. Ryan also established firm-wide standards and oversaw the assembly of prototype drawings.

Before joining Menemsha Solutions, Ryan worked at EPOCH DESIGN GROUP, INC. as an Architectural Designer, managing project deliverables for high-end retail and hospitality clients. Ryan provided design direction and prototypical strategies for premium roll-outs.

Ryan also gained experience at MW Weber Architects as an Architectural Designer, where they provided schematic design and contract documents for various project types. Additionally, they worked at Nova Group Inc. as an Architectural Designer, managing deliverables for different project types including site planning and exterior design development.

Ryan started their career at HBE as a Job Captain, producing and managing the production of construction documents for large-scale ground-up hospitals and financial buildings.

With their extensive experience in architecture and design, Ryan brings valuable expertise in brand evolution, sustainable design, and client interface to their current role as Principal and Studio Director at Nadel Architects.

Ryan Weller attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture.
