Marie Trangbæk

Marie Trangbæk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as a Jobkonsulent at Næstved Kommune since September 2021, Marie previously held significant roles at Ultraship as Marine HR Manager from November 2015 to April 2021, overseeing HR operations for seafarers. Prior to Ultraship, Marie worked at A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S from August 2010 to October 2015, advancing from Crew HR Administrator to Crew HR Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the operational tasks and documentation of seafarers. Marie's academic achievements include a Cand.merc.HRM degree from Copenhagen Business School and an HA Almen from the University of Southern Denmark.
