Dr. MacKie Spradley

Dr. Mackie Spradley has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2007, they became the CEO of Forest Educational Group, LLC. Currently, they serve as the Immediate Past President for the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) starting from June 2020.

Dr. Mackie Spradley has had a diverse educational history, with a strong focus on music and pedagogy. Dr. Mackie obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Texas, where they studied music. Dr. Mackie then pursued a Masters of Arts degree in Vocal Pedagogy at Texas Woman's University.

Dr. Spradley furthered their education by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at the University of North Texas, with a dual focus on Curriculum and Instruction and Anthropology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Spradley has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Dr. Mackie has completed courses such as "Creating a Successful Business Execution Culture," "Expert Insights on Managing Change," "Leadership Insights on Judgment and Decisiveness," and "Leading Diversity" at Skillsoft. Dr. Mackie has also obtained certifications in areas such as Principal from the Texas Education Agency, Professional Development Provider Level 2 from Educational Service Center Region 10, and Teacher Certification in Music All Levels (Texas) from the Texas Education Agency. Additionally, they hold a Texas Certified Contracts Manager certification from the State of Texas.
