Shanna Saubert

Shanna Saubert is an accomplished professional currently serving as Associate Director of Research & Scholarship at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since July 2016, where responsibilities include directing an extensive event management portfolio and managing volunteers. Prior experience includes contributions as a Data Committee Member at The FORUM on Education Abroad, focusing on survey development and manuscript review, and serving as a Postgraduate Research Student at the University of Leeds, where Shanna implemented a mixed methods research plan and presented findings at various international conferences. Educational credentials include a PhD in International and Comparative Education from the University of Leeds, an M.S. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, and a B.A. in International Studies & German from Butler University. Additional international education includes a study abroad program at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
