Junior Sous Chef at NagaWorld

Sarah Chan is an experienced culinary professional with a strong focus on pastry. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at NagaWorld since April 2018, Sarah has also held the position of Pastry Sous Chef at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) since February 2016. Prior to these roles, Sarah worked as a Pastry Chef de Partie at Marinis on 57 from February 2014 to February 2016 and as a Pastry Commis 3 at Harrods Restaurant from February 2013 to February 2014. Sarah's foundational education includes a high school diploma from Chong Hwa Independent High School (2003-2008) and training at Berjaya University College of Hospitality.
