Mika Rybak has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting with Ameristar Information Services in 2006, Mika worked as a Vendor Relationship Manager, where they managed vendor databases, outsourced document requests, and implemented communication standards for the vendor management team. In 2011, Mika joined Bank of America as a Quality Analyst, responsible for auditing invoicing, managing refund and reimbursement reports, and providing training to reduce errors. Following this, Mika worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Innovative Sales Group, leading website redesign efforts and increasing website traffic through SEO-driven marketing copy.
In 2014, Mika joined Mosaic North America as a Coordinator, Internal Operations, where they handled project planning, implementation, asset management, reporting, and payroll for field marketing operations. They also developed an I-9 process, a centralized website for the operations group, and reduced documentation errors. Mika's role then progressed to Senior Coordinator, Internal Operations, where they created training frameworks, managed hiring and logistics, and contributed to CRM tool development. Subsequently, Mika became an Account Manager, responsible for new business development within the Retail division, and later a Sr. Account Manager, managing client relationships, field operations, and pivoting to virtual support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their most recent role at Mosaic North America was as an Account Director, overseeing account management, field operations, and P&L for an $18M North American business.
Mika's most recent work experience is with Nagase America as an Associate Director, Marketing Operations since 2022.
Mika Rybak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas Woman's University, spanning from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Mika also obtained a certification in Leadership Fundamentals from LinkedIn in October 2016.
