Matteo Cornaglia

Matteo Cornaglia is the CEO and founder of Nagi Bioscience. Matteo is a pioneer in the new research field of "Organism-on-Chip" and has full mastery of microfluidic device engineering and the development of lab-on-chip biological applications. Matteo has also authored or co-authored more than 20 scientific papers, 30 conference contributions, and 2 patent applications.

Prior to their current position, Matteo was a visiting researcher at KU Leuven from September 2012 to December 2012. During their time there, they were responsible for managing a team of over 15 M.S./B.S. students and 4 Ph.D. students. Matteo also gave cleanroom practical trainings for M.S. students and gave professional talks and seminars.

Before their time at KU Leuven, Matteo was a research and teaching assistant at EPFL from May 2011 to December 2016. During their time there, they were once again responsible for managing a team of over 15 M.S./B.S. students and 4 Ph.D. students. Matteo also authored or co-authored more than 20 scientific papers, 30 conference contributions, and 2 patent applications. In addition to this, they gave cleanroom practical trainings for M.S. students and gave professional talks and seminars.
