Jennifer Steinmetz, MA, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and related roles. Jennifer began their career in 2010 as an Operations employee at Best Buy. In 2013, they worked as a Victim Advocate at The Bolton Refuge House. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Supervisor at Sojourner House, a Family and Community Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, and an Associate Recruiter at People Incorporated Mental Health Services. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Coordinator at People Incorporated Mental Health Services. Currently, they are a Human Resources Generalist at Nagios, where they work with Management to recruit and staff for a growing workforce, analyze recruitment metrics, and set hiring goals.

Jennifer Steinmetz, MA, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2013. In 2018, they graduated with a Master of Science in Human Resources Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin Stout Graduate School. In December 2021, they earned their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
