Currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Nahdet Misr Publishing Group since September 2022, Mohamed previously held leadership positions at Delta Pharma as Group OD Head and at MEMICO and Nile Converting Company as an OD Consultant. Mohamed's expertise includes formulating KPIs linked to performance evaluations, implementing performance appraisal systems, enhancing company culture, and developing HR policies.
