Assaf Alquraishi

Assaf AlQuraishi currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ma'aden and as an Independent Advisor to the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Nahdi Medical Co. Additionally, Assaf is an Advisor and Council Member at the Human Capital Advisory Council, focusing on the future of work and human capital challenges. Prior to these roles, Assaf co-founded and served as Managing Director at The Twenty Percent LLC, a leadership development consultancy. Assaf's extensive experience at Unilever includes leading the Human Resources function across 34 countries as Vice President of Human Resources for North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, as well as holding multiple senior HR leadership positions within the organization. Educational qualifications include executive training from Wharton and various coaching and business management certifications from Newfield Network USA and eConsultancy.
