Nicole Peterson

Nicole Peterson is a seasoned professional in the real estate and housing finance sector, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at the National Affordable Housing Trust since April 2022. Previously, Nicole held the position of Senior Project Manager at BRIDGE Housing Corporation from July 2013 to November 2021 and served as Vice President of Real Estate at Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation from 2008 to July 2013. Additional experience includes working as a Project Manager at Williams & Dame Development from 2002 to 2007.
