Chris Irby

Chris Irby has a strong background in commercial real estate, with over 15 years of experience. Chris currently serves as the Managing Director at NAI Brannen Goddard, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Vice President at the same company. Before joining NAI Brannen Goddard, Chris was employed at CBRE, Inc. for seven years, where they held the position of First Vice President, Advisory & Transaction Services. Chris also worked at Colliers International as an Associate for four years and started their career at King Industrial Realty, Inc./CORFAC Int'l as an Associate for four years as well.

Chris Irby received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In 1991, they attended The McCallie School for their secondary education. Later, in 2014, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from The University of Georgia. Additionally, in 2015, they attended Harvard Business School for a short duration to gain expertise in Real Estate Strategy & Finance through an Executive Real Estate program.
