David Richardson

David Richardson has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. David began their career at George Holden & Associates in 1982, where they served as Vice-President for almost 20 years. In 2001, they joined SG Communities, Inc. / Sawgrass Homes as Vice President, where they co-developed a 93 lot subdivision called East Village Park. After leaving SG Communities in 2008, they joined King Industrial Realty, Inc./CORFAC Int'l as an Associate Broker. Since 2015, David has been working at NAI Brannen Goddard as a Vice President.

David Richardson attended Auburn University from 1975 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. During their time at Auburn University, they were enrolled at the Harbert College of Business. Prior to their college education, David attended Columbia High School, although the specific years and any earned degrees or fields of study are not provided.
