Robert Powell, CCIM, is a seasoned professional in real estate development and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Development & Marketing at Vineland Construction Co. since November 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing real estate development and redevelopment projects, marketing a commercial real estate portfolio, negotiating lease and sale transactions, and analyzing market trends for acquisition and disposition strategies. Additionally, Robert has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker at NAI Mertz Corporation since November 2012.
