Sior David Weaver

David Weaver, SIOR has extensive work experience in real estate and executive operations. David began their career as a Vice President at NAI Mertz in 2005, where they have worked on relocation, expansion, acquisition, and disposition projects for corporate clients. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Carter Footwear Inc. for over 25 years, overseeing commercial property holdings and managing domestic and offshore operations, including the company's shipping operations.

David Weaver, SIOR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Wilkes University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a license as a Real Estate Sales Person from the State of PA. David is also a member of various organizations such as NAI Global, Penn's Northeast, the Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR), The Scranton Plan, and the Northeast PA Manufacturers & Employers Association.
