Alexander Barker

Alexander Barker, MBA has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Alexander started their career at NAI NorCal in 2013, where they held multiple roles including Vice President, Senior Real Estate Advisor, and Commercial Real Estate Advisor. During their time at NAI NorCal, Alexander specialized in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a focus on multifamily, office, and industrial properties. Alexander was also involved in financial modeling, underwriting, and analysis. In 2023, Alexander joined The Clint Reilly Organization as the Director of Real Estate Leasing for San Francisco's Premier Historic Class A office building, where they managed leasing for several properties. Additionally, Alexander worked at Intel Corporation in 2011 as a Corporate Real Estate Site Selection Project Manager, where they played a key role in managing real estate projects in North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, including the opening of a new office in San Francisco. Overall, Alexander Barker brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the commercial real estate industry.

Alexander Barker, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sustainable Business/Management from San Francisco State University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the same university in 2011. Alexander also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Santa Rosa Junior College, which they received in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Alexander Barker obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in August 2014.
