Joel Calvillo is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in the Sale and 1031 Exchange of investment properties across the Greater Bay Area and nationwide. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at KW Commercial and leading The Calvillo Group, Joel has a profound understanding of various investment real estate asset types and transactions. Previously, Joel held significant positions at NAI NorCal as a Shareholder and Vice President, and at KW Commercial in various roles focused on multi-family and commercial real estate services. Joel co-founded NGXI, providing innovative solutions for excess equipment, and has experience in sales and customer relationships through roles at LN Networks, Arrow Electronics, and Future Electronics. Joel's educational background includes studies at De Anza College and Saint Francis High School.
