Tim Setiawan

Tim Setiawan is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Keller Williams Commercial since June 2017 and as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at NAI Northern California since June 2015. Specializing in retail, mixed-use, multifamily, office, and triple net properties, Tim offers extensive analysis, consultation, and representation for real estate investments and portfolio growth. Prior experience includes ownership of a mobile food truck, The Architect's Kitchen, and various culinary roles, as well as significant positions in architecture and project management at notable firms, such as Hellmuth Obata Kassabaum and Ricondo & Associates. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and previously attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
