Beth Hargarten

Beth Hargarten has an extensive background in the legal and insurance fields. Beth currently serves as the Chief Counsel at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), where Beth has held various legal positions since 2006. Prior to their work at NAIC, Beth also held roles at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Beth holds a JD in Law from Hamline University and a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, Beth has a Doctor of Law degree with a focus on Employment Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
