Erica Chester

Erica Chester has over 15 years of experience in strategic communications and corporate communications. Erica is currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Strategic Communications at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, where they provide leadership and support in advancing the organization's key priorities and strategies. Prior to this, Erica worked at Cerner Corporation as a Strategic Communications and Engagement professional, where they spearheaded the development and execution of high-impact strategies to position the company's value and services. Before that, they served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Kaiser Permanente, where they managed and aligned internal communications and supervised a team in developing campaigns and communication strategies. Erica also gained valuable experience at The Boeing Company, where they held various roles including Internal and Executive Communications Lead and Manager CEO Communications. In these roles, they supervised and coached employees, organized employee meetings, and enhanced the visibility of CEOs through media promotion and the production of corporate videos.

Erica Chester has a Bachelor's degree in English and Broadcast Journalism from The University of Kansas. Erica also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Organizational Development from Webster University.
