Jessica Vail

Jessica Vail is an experienced management and leadership trainer currently employed at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since January 2022. Previously, Jessica served as the Director of Talent and Acquisitions at Lifestyle Publications from August to December 2021. Jessica has held various leadership positions, including Store Manager for Bath & Body Works and White Barn, adidas, rue21, and Wet Seal, Inc., where responsibilities included maximizing sales, team development, and implementing performance culture strategies. Jessica began a career in retail management as a Team Leader at The Buckle from May 2005 to May 2007. Jessica pursued education at The University of Kansas from 2005 to 2007.
