Neha Nirantar began working at Nailbiter in June 2021 as a Panel Recruiter and Social Media Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Eye Level Learning from October 2019 to March 2020 as a Tutor and Grader.

Neha Nirantar earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a concentration in Business Analytics and Information Technology, from Rutgers University between 2020 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Monroe Township High School between 2016 and 2020.
