David Hale

David Hale is an experienced professional in the field of project management and surveying, currently serving as an Associate at Naismiths since December 2020, after holding the position of Senior Surveyor. Prior to this, David worked at Artelia UK from November 2012 to December 2020, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Monitoring Surveyor, focusing on delivering risk advice to development financiers and evaluating technical risks in construction projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Graduate Project Manager at Appleyards - Groupe Artelia from September 2011 to November 2012. David Hale holds a BA Hons in Architecture from the University of Kent, earned between 2007 and 2010, and completed education at Exeter School from 1994 to 1999.
