Max (Chong) Li

Max (Chong) Li is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fields of engineering, technology, and venture capital. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University since December 2016, Max has held multiple academic titles, including Adjunct Associate Professor and Adjunct Assistant Professor. As the Founder of OORTECH and President of the Science & Technology Economic Committee at the China-US Chamber of Commerce, Max is actively involved in fostering advancements in technology. Additionally, Max is a Venture Partner at Aves Lair and Co-Founder of Nakamoto & Turing Labs, a research lab focused on blockchain and AI technologies. Prior to these roles, Max gained valuable experience as a Research Engineer at Qualcomm, contributing to the development and standardization of communication systems such as LTE, 5G, and WiFi.
