Stacey Hermijanto has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Stacey started their career as an Assistant Director, International Trade Negotiator at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore from August 2003 to December 2005. Stacey then moved on to become the Co-Founder and Director of Forty-Fifteen Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based management company specializing in tennis services, from July 2011 to an unspecified date in 2013. After that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of PT Sulindafin, an Indonesian company, from an unspecified date in 2005 to January 2018. Following this, they co-founded Naked Press, a premium juicery in Indonesia, in January 2015 and continues to hold this position. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of PT Shinta Indah Jaya since January 2018.

Stacey Hermijanto began their education in 1993 at CHIJ, where they attended until 1996. Stacey then enrolled in National Junior College in 1997, completing their studies in 1998. Continuing their academic journey, Stacey pursued a degree in Economics at the National University of Singapore from 1999 to 2003, earning a BSC Hons. Afterwards, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2003 for a year, focusing on finance.
