Tessa Piretti

Tessa Piretti, PHR, currently serves as the Global Head of People for Naked Wines, having previously held the role of Head of People for US-based teams. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager for Cushman & Wakefield and various positions at Anheuser-Busch, where responsibilities included supporting commercial sales teams and maintaining HR operations. Tessa also worked as HR Operations Manager at Next Step Living, overseeing multiple HR functions and process improvements. Earlier in the career, Tessa held roles in procurement and HR administration at IHS and Lewan Technology. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
