Francis G.

Francis G. has a diverse work experience in the property management and community management field. Francis is currently working as the Chief Community Management Officer at Nakheel since November 2020. Prior to that, they held roles at Majid Al Futtaim, where they were the Head Of Customer Experience, Community & Asset Management from March 2020 to November 2020. At Majid Al Futtaim, they also served as the Director Property Management & Customer Services from April 2016 to March 2020 and as the Director Real Estate Management from April 2013 to April 2016.

Before joining Majid Al Futtaim, Francis was a Member of the Board of Directors at Asteco Property Management from March 2011 to March 2013. Francis also worked as the General Manager - The Pearl Owners Corporation at The Pearl Qatar from April 2010 to March 2013 and as the Director - Community Management at United Development Company (UDC) from April 2010 to March 2013.

Prior to their roles in Qatar, Francis worked as the Head of Property Management at Tamouh Investments LLC from November 2008 to April 2010. Francis also served as the Departmental Head of Property/Community Management at National Real Estate (Pty) Ltd from April 2004 to November 2008 and as the Sectional Title (Community) Manager at Trafalgar Property and Financial Services from January 2001 to March 2004.

Francis G. completed a Masters Degree (M.Sc.) in Real Estate Finance & Investment at Heriot-Watt University Dubai & Edinburgh from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, Francis completed a Bachelors of Commerce (LAW) at the University of the Free State. In 2000 to 2002, Francis pursued a Licenciate of Speech and Drama Communication at the University of the Witwatersrand. In 2006, Francis obtained an Advanced Certification in Sectional Title Management from the University of Cape Town, and in 2003, Francis earned a Certification in Sectional Title Management from the same university.
