Michele T. Pfeiffer is a Freelance Advanced Certified Paralegal with over two decades of experience, specializing in various litigation cases including complex construction defect, employment labor law, and criminal cases. Currently, Michele serves as the Treasurer of NALA - The Paralegal Association and the 'Celebrity' Sr. Case Manager at the Agency for Dispute Resolution, contributing to the advancement of Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, Michele has held multiple leadership roles within paralegal associations, including Area 3 Director and President of the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations, where responsibilities included mentoring, resource management, and organizing educational events.
