Karen Nolasco

Karen Nolasco currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Constituency Services at the NALEO Educational Fund, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Karen Nolasco had an extensive career with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks from May 2007 to October 2022, progressing through various roles including Aquatic Facility Manager, Lieutenant I, and Manager II, where responsibilities encompassed facility operations management, human resources support, program development coordination, and emergency management support, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in 2008, Karen Nolasco contributed as an intern at the NALEO Educational Fund. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Law and Society from California State University, Los Angeles.
