Michal Dymel

Michal Dymel has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Michal is currently working at Nalpeiron as the VP of Engineering, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Nalpeiron, Michal worked at PROCOMM IT Concepts from January 2016 to September 2021 as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant, where they were involved in various projects including business analytics metrics and enterprise communication platforms. From January 2017 to June 2018, they worked at Humanity Inc as a Senior Software Engineer. Michal also has experience working at WAYN, where they held multiple positions including Director of Development, Development Manager, Team Leader, and Software Developer from January 2009 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as Technical Support at IP Exchange GmbH from August 2005 to August 2006 and as a Systems Administrator at Az.pl from February 2003 to July 2005.

Michal Dymel attended the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computer programming and successfully graduated, earning the title of Engineer in the field.
