Piotr Finkielsztajn

Piotr Finkielsztajn is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving as a Continuous Improvement / Agile Coach at NAM BV Assen since May 2023, focusing on enterprise agile coaching and developing high-performing teams within the Decommissioning, Restoration, and Reuse Delivery Unit. Previously, Piotr held multiple roles at ING from February 2016 to February 2023, including Agile Coach in the Global Transformation Office, Community Lead for risk culture and agile practices, and client advisor for customer services and operations. Other notable experiences include founding and managing AsystaMedia, where interactive technologies were integrated, and working as a Marketing Manager at Glimm Screens International. Piotr holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from Hanze and has participated in an exchange program at the Australian International Hotel School.
