Richard Hofstee

Richard Hofstee has extensive experience in operations and process management within the energy sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Operations Supervisor at NAM BV Assen since September 2011, Richard has also held roles as an Operations Technician and Senior Operations Technician. Prior to this, Richard worked at Delesto B.V. (warmte kracht centrale) Akzo Nobel from June 2004 to September 2011 as a Senior Process Operator and at SALINCO (warmte kracht centrale) Akzo Nobel from August 1998 to June 2004 as a 1e Operator. Richard's educational background includes a Diploma in Supervisory Skills from bureau van buuren (2013-2014), an MBO in Algemene Operationele Techniek from Abel Tasman te Delfzijl (1994-1998), and an LBO in Elektro- en Informatietechniek from Eemsmond college.
