Dale Matheny

Dale Matheny has a diverse work background, starting as a Naval Officer and Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Territory Service Manager and Service Supervisor at Carrier Corporation before becoming the Director of Customer Assurance at Baltimore Aircoil Company. Dale then moved on to become a District Manager at McQuay International and an Owner at Aire Serv of Greater Columbus. In 2010, they founded their own company, The Matheny Group, Inc., where they served as CEO until 2016. Following that, they held roles as the Director of Field Operations and Operations Manager at Lottery.com and later joined Primerica Financial Services as a Division Leader. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Namco Pools, responsible for overseeing their operations and helping customers create their dream backyard experience.

Dale Matheny has a well-rounded education history. Dale first attended Ohio University in 1994, where they studied Electrical Engineering. However, they did not complete a degree at this institution. In the same year, they transferred to the United States Naval Academy and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, which they completed in 1998. Following this, Dale pursued further education at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where they attended from 2005 to 2008. Dale successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing during this period.
