Nicole McCourt

Nicole McCourt, FPC, has extensive experience in implementation and professional services, currently serving as AVP of Implementation at Namely since March 2015. Prior roles at Namely include Professional Services Manager, Team Lead, and various consultancy positions specializing in payroll. Prior to Namely, Nicole worked as a Paralegal at Pressler & Pressler LLP, where responsibilities included managing legal documentation and conducting legal research. Nicole began their career at Doherty Enterprises, providing training and customer service while supporting office administration. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from William Paterson University and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Passaic County Community College.
