Joseph Gatto

Joe Gatto, J.D., is a member of the NAMI Board of Directors and a managing partner with Orient Point Partners, LLC. He is a member of NAMI Southwest Connecticut and serves as the President of NAMI Connecticut.

He was introduced to NAMI in 2015 at New York Presbyterian Hospital during the stay of a family member. He has worked to strengthen communication and best practices across the NAMI network, and with partners, to better serve our mission and strategic plan.

Alongside his work with NAMI, he has studied neuroscience, mood disorders and psychopharmacology as a 2018 Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University.

Joe earned his BA from Princeton University, his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

For the 2022-2023 Board year, he serves on the Finance & Audit Committee, the Research, Support & Education Committee and Youth & Young Adults Mental Health Outreach Workgroup.
