Wendy Jacobs

Wendy Jacobs is the Executive Director of NAMI, where they focus on mental health recovery through support, education, and advocacy. With 24 years in mental health, they previously served as a Mental Health Program Specialist and County Crisis Delegate for Erie County, significantly contributing to the mental health service delivery system. Wendy also held leadership roles as Interim Director at House of Healing and Assistant Facility Director at Perseus House, Inc., where they supervised mental health counselors and developed treatment plans. Currently, they are pursuing their education at Mercyhurst University. In their free time, Wendy enjoys camping, kayaking, and nature walks.
