Dr. Greenfield Mwakipesile holds a Doctorate of Theology from Atlantic International University and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Zimbabwe. Since February 2016, Dr. Mwakipesile has served as the Senior Research Coordinator and Head of Research at Namibia Business School, overseeing research functions and ensuring the quality of student theses. In addition to these responsibilities, Dr. Mwakipesile manages the MBA students and supervisors database and develops training programs for corporate and governmental sectors. As Managing Director of Highdraw Marketing p/L since April 2004, Dr. Mwakipesile has led the organization through strategic planning, human resources management, and financial systems establishment. Previous leadership roles include PAC Chairman at Midlands Christian College, School Development Committee Chairman at Lilfordia School, and positions at BP and ZimPharm, focusing on sales, marketing, and exports.

The Namibia Business School, founded in 1999, is a strategic business unit of the University of Namibia. NBS specializes in offering industry-aligned Executive programs designed to equip students with the necessary competencies, exposure, and knowledge required by the labor market. These executive development programs include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, Masters in Business Administration with seven specializations, and a Doctorate in Business Administration
