Eileen Tan is a seasoned music education professional with extensive experience as the Director of 7 Notes - Yamaha Music School since July 2013. Tan also serves as a NAMM Speaker since January 2019, sharing insights on methodologies for hiring and retaining music teachers. Prior to this, Tan was the Founder of 88 Keys Yamaha Music School from 2001 to January 2013. Eileen Tan holds a Master’s Degree in Music Teacher Education and an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Toronto, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
