Jessica Duarte

Jessica Duarte has had a rich work history starting from their role as Bookkeeper and Customer Service Manager at Big Lots in 2000. Jessica then moved on to own Entertainment by Jessica from 2000 to 2010 before becoming the Director of Operations & Marketing at Bertrand's Music Enterprises from 2001 to 2014. Subsequently, they worked as a Communications Consultant for the Independent Music Merchant Group from 2010 to 2014. Finally, they joined NAMM in 2014, taking on various roles such as Professional Development Manager, Platform Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Associate Director of Technology/Strategic Project Management.

Jessica Duarte completed their high school education at Poway High School from 1996 to 2000. Jessica then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Music at California State University San Marcos from 2003 to 2005. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet.
