Duncan Davies is an experienced HCM Practice Director currently leading the largest team of UK-based Oracle Cloud HCM consultants at Namos Solutions, where the company is uniquely certified by Oracle for all four HCM Expertises. Previous roles include HCM Practice Director at Inoapps, where Duncan stabilized a high-turnover team, and Managing Consultant at Version 1, contributing to the growth of the Cloud HCM team and overseeing implementations for key clients such as the University of Birmingham. As Head of Oracle Cloud Solutions at Cedar Consulting Ltd, Duncan led the Cloud HCM Practice, focusing on hiring and cross-training, with successful project deliveries for clients including Intertek and Spire Healthcare. Duncan's career began as a consultant at ICL, following a BSc in Maths and Management Science from Keele University.
