Jason Filauro

Jason Filauro is a Water Systems Operator for the City of Nampa, Idaho, with a diverse background in business development, logistics, and operations management. Prior to the current role, Jason served as a Business Development & Energy Advisor at Hohm Energy SA, where strategies were developed for new market entry and quality solar installation partnerships. Jason's military experience with the USMC includes roles as a Logistics Officer and Facilities Officer, coordinating multi-million dollar construction projects, along with extensive operations management and training responsibilities, overseeing teams and ensuring project success across various departments. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from American Military University and an Associate's Degree from Central Texas College.
