Garrick Lau has extensive experience in sustainability and shared value initiatives within various organizations. At Nan Fung Group, Garrick held the positions of Head of Sustainability and Shared Value, and Head of Business Innovation and Shared Value from October 2021 to January 2023. Garrick co-founded G For Good, serving as CEO from January 2018 to September 2021, where efforts in advocating and implementing Creating Shared Value (CSV) projects earned the first Shared Value Award in Hong Kong. Additionally, Garrick established the inaugural Shared Value Department at New World Development Company Limited and incorporated CSV as a core business strategy. At OnBoard For Good Limited, another co-founded venture, job matching for Hong Kong athletes was facilitated, empowering over 200 individuals. Garrick also served as COO at New World Facilities Management Company Limited, promoting youth development. Academically, Garrick completed programs at Harvard Business School and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
