Osmond Cai has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and project management field. Osmond currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Nan Fung Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior Project Management from August 2020 to 2022. Before that, Osmond was a Senior Integration & Incubation Consultant at AUSTAR Group from June 2019 to 2020. From 2013 to 2019, they held the position of Associate Project Director at AstraZeneca, where they managed projects across the Asia Pacific region, established engineering standards, and developed business partnerships. Osmond's previous experience includes being an MEP Department Manager at NNE from 2010 to 2013, Leader HVAC & Cleanroom Engineer at M+W Group from 2006 to 2010, and HVAC Engineer at Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company from 2000 to 2006.
Osmond Cai attended Tongji University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Later, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta.
