Winki Tsui

Winki Tsui currently serves as the Manager for Talent Development at Nan Fung Group, having started in November 2023. Prior to this role, Winki was a Human Resources Manager focused on HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development at the Hong Kong Tourism Board from April 2022 to October 2023. Previous experience includes various positions at CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited from March 2016 to April 2022, where Winki progressed from Human Resources Officer to Assistant Human Resources Manager. Earlier roles include Project Assistant at CHRSD HKBU, a Human Resources Assistant at Pizza Hut, and a Training Assistant at NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited. Winki holds a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong and an Advanced Diploma in Negotiation from the Hong Kong Management Association and The Institute of Crisis and Risk Management Ltd.
